Had to change my first flat tire in 10 years today. It would have been quite hilarious if I had had to do it in the skirt and heels I was wearing at the time, but thankfully I had a pair of running tights in the trunk. And I obviously cashed in some karma today, as no less than 3 people offered to help, two of which I allowed. That 6' tall girl was much better at cracking the lug nuts than I was! But there went the remainder of this pay cycle's fun money, which was already short, as I was trying to keep as much in the savings account as possible. Oh well, maybe I can have new shoes next month....
